I found How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie to be an interesting business book. The title can sound a little misleading, but I found that I was able to learn valuable lessons from it. It has many sections with some repetitive content, but there are also quite a few sections that stood out and offered different perspectives.

Mindset is a great business book for anyone who feels like they have been dealt a bad hand, who feels frustrated with their circumstances and sees no way to improve them. This book provides insights into how your brain interacts with your sense of identity in order to protect itself from the pain that it believes would come from confronting reality. Essentially, anyone can get more done with fewer resources if they work together to network their knowledge and skills. The author takes a story telling approach to share how he has managed to do just that by becoming someone whom people want to meet and collaborate with.
